Excluded by the screen
A published index that shows only its holdings is unfalsifiable. These candidates were in the pool and did not make the basket.

Cost to move this index 1%
An index is exactly as manipulable as its cheapest member. USD uses the bond rate, which is the expensive end — grey-market gold is cheaper, so real costs are lower.
Physical replication
Max gp of this basket one account could assemble per day under buy limits. There is no sell-side limit: entry is capped, exit is not.
What this is
Four equal-weighted, liquidity-capped baskets of OSRS items. Membership is decided by liquidity rank with entry/exit buffers, so an item drifting around the boundary is left alone rather than traded every review.
Valuation uses volume-weighted hourly buckets, never the
/latest endpoint — whose median staleness is 37 minutes and
which reports crossed prices on 15.6% of items. An index built on
/latest can be moved by a single transaction for about a
third of a US cent.
